Greenhouse
Hilltop Florist and Greenhouse has 42,000 square feet of conservatory greenhouse dedicated to growing many varieties of flowers and plants including orchids and cacti. Hilltop's skilled growers are always available to answer questions and provide assistance. The greenhouse is open year round and provides a haven for visitors during long Minnesota winters.
We also offer interesting and useful seasonal classes for everyone from novice growers to master gardeners.
We make and use our own compost and strive to maintain a minimal carbon footprint. We use biodegradable pots and baskets, a spray irrigation system that conserves water, energy efficient lighting and reuse and recycle wherever we can.
The greenhouse and garden center are open to visitors and we invite you to stop by and experience the amazing sights and smells. Or shop online now and have top-quality flowers, plants and arrangements delivered anywhere in the U.S.
We value our connection to our local community and support local vendors. In addition to growing much of our stock onsite, Hilltop Florist and Greenhouse also purchases wholesale products from other local Minnesota growers. We are proud to be members of Minnesota Grown – a statewide partnership with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
Garden Center
Hilltop Florist and Greenhouse garden center is open during the spring and summer months. 10,000 square feet of additional greenhouse is dedicated to growing annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, succulents and tropical plants.
We take tremendous pride in creating our signature European hanging baskets and lush patio planters, each individually designed and planted by hand. Additionally, we offer residential and commercial custom planting services.
