Dear Hilltop Florist Staff,
You are awesome!! I live out of state and have been ordering deliveries from you for years; birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Recently, a friend of mine passed away and I was unable to attend the memorial. I called Hilltop for an order and tried to convey what a unique man my friend was and how I'd love to have an arrangement to match. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman who helped me, because I swear she read my mind. She created a wild, fantastic and definitely unique cactus arrangement. It was perfect--all those at the memorial said so! This was by no means the first time you, Hilltop staff, have been able to beautifully interpret my requests. Your skill, care and attention to detail are greatly appreciated. Thanks Hilltop!

Thank you for the absolutely amazing job you did with our bouquet for Zak Abdo's memorial. I know I didn't give you many (actually, I didn't give you any...) specifics about what we wanted but what you created was truly touching. My sister, one of Zak's best friends told me that she was doing okay at the visitiation until she saw the Movies 8 bouquet with all our extra additions. I must say the same thing happened to me and a lot of other people I know.
